§ Mr. BoswellMy right hon. Friend endorses the recommendations of the Committee on Standards in Public Life which propose the adoption by executive non-departmental public bodies of the 1994 "Code of Practice on Access to Government Information" together with the committee's own guidelines. The Further Education Funding Council has published for consultation a draft code on access to information which is in accordance with the committee's proposals.
