§ Mr. David HuntBoth the Council of Welsh Districts and the Assembly of Welsh Counties were sent copies of the action plan and consulted formally on the implications therein for their members. In addition, the Welsh Office sent copies of the plan, on request, to a range of individuals and organisations such as the Farmers Union of Wales, the Campaign for the Protection of Rural Wales and the Country Landowners Association. Copies of the press notice were sent routinely to the media.
