§ Mr. Douglas HoggIn our continuing efforts to improve the performance of the UN, we look at all aspects of the organisation, including structures. For example, we have played a leading role in the restructuring of the UN's peacekeeping and humanitarian efforts. We support the proposed enlargement of the UN Security Council and are playing an active role in the debate in New York.
