§ Mr. SackvilleNo. Paragraph 8 of section 10 of the Public Supply Contracts Regulations 1991 already requires national health service trusts to prepare a record in relation to the award of all contracts and sets out the information to be recorded. We are satisfied that NHS trusts are fully aware of their statutory obligations under those regulations.
