§ Mr. HowardOn 25 January 1995, 229 members of staff in the Home Office and its agencies were registered disabled, representing 0.5 per cent. of all staff; a further 146–0.13 per cent. of staff—have declared themselves as disabled, but have not registered as such. There are likely to be others who have not responded to the Department's voluntary surveys.
