§ Mr. SoamesBad weather has delayed the recovery of exercise mines recently laid in and nearby the Firth of Clyde. Weather permitting, the mines will be recovered by mid-February. In accordance with normal procedures, local fishermen have been informed of planned recovery dates by means of a number of notices to fishermen.
