§ Mr. RaynsfordTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, pursuant to his answer of 24 January,Official Report, column 111, if he will make it his policy to introduce modifications to part 2 of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, to remedy shortcomings identified in the interim report of the leasehold enfranchisement advisory service.
§ Mr. Robert B. JonesI consider it far too soon since the enactment of the 1993 Act to be considering major revisions to the enfranchisement rights which it contained. With the help of the leasehold enfranchisement advisory service, we will, of course, continue to keep these provisions under review.
