§ Mr. MossFamily planning services are available to young people in Northern Ireland through family planning clinics, general medical practitioners and voluntary agencies. The provision of these services is a matter for health and social services boards to determine in the light of local needs and priorities. I understand that the Eastern health and social services board proposes to target family planning services on areas of social deprivation and high teenage pregnancy.
