§ Mr. MaloneWe welcomed the publication of "Being Heard", the report of the Wilson committee, and support its central recommendation for a simpler, speedier national health service complaints system. Over 600 responses were received to the consultation exercise on the report, raising some complex issues. We are carefully considering our response to the report in the light of this and will make an announcement as soon as our present considerations are complete.
