§ Mr. MossTravelling people are entitled to the full range of health and personal social services on the same basis as the rest of the community in Northern Ireland. Health and social services boards are required to identify groups with particular needs arising from their particular location, level of deprivation or lifestyle, and to ensure that services are targeted accordingly.
