§ Mr. NorrisMy hon. Friend the Member for Lincoln (Sir K. Carlisle) stated in reply to a question by the hon. Member on 9 June 1992,Official Report, column 115, that digitalised photographs of drivers will eventually form part of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency's driver record.
§ Mr. CohenTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will place in the Library the chapters of the study, referred to in the document "Photographs on Driving Licences", which relate to his Department's study into the main privacy issues; and if the study will be accessible to individuals using procedures established to meet the requirements of the code of practice on access to Government information.
