§ Mr. Robin SquireThe increase in Hereford and Worcester's education standard spending assessment for 1995–96 is higher than the national average. Allowing for the reform of inter-authority recoupment, the authority's provisional education SSA will be 2.3 per cent. higher than in 1994–95.
