§ Mr. Douglas HoggThe United Kingdom was a co-sponsor of Security Council resolution 955 of 8 November 1994 which established an international criminal tribunal for Rwanda.
We have recently indicated to the prosecutor of the tribunal that we will be contributing up to £200,000 to fund UK staff and to provide equipment for his office.
