§ Mr. MaddenTo ask the Attorney-General if he will list the changes in extradition procedures applying in Ireland of which he has been informed by the Irish Attorney-General; and if he will make a statement.
§ The Attorney-GeneralI have not been informed by the Irish Attorney-General of any such changes since the latest amendments to the extradition legislation of the Republic of Ireland which came into force on 22 August 1994. Any changes in their internal procedures are a matter for the Irish authorities.
