§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales what representations he has received from the chairman of the council of the national museum of Wales and the chairman of the Cardiff Bay development corporation for Wales with respect to the funding of the proposed Imax cinema and the redevelopment of the Welsh industrial and maritime museum; on what date consent for capital expenditure on(a) the Imax cinema equipment and (b) the cinema building was granted; and if he will make a statement.
