§ Mr. Roger EvansWith fewer than 4,000 people expected to remain eligible for housing benefit transitional payments from April 1995, we have decided to convert future potential payments to lump sums. These payments will be made as soon as possible after 5 April. The transitional payments unit in Glasgow will then close.
