§ Mr. MossThe Department has a programme of area plan work and I regret that it will be several years before a review of the Down area plan can begin. However, the housing needs and development pressures of Downpatrick are monitored on a continuous basis and, if necessary, proposals can be considered as amendments to the existing plan.
