Mr. Heppell

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) what level of transitional relief in(a) actual and (b) real terms Nottingham city council has received compared to the average district council;

(2) what level of transitional relief in (a) actual (b) real and (c) percentage terms Nottingham county council has received in each of the last five years; and what level was received in each case by the average shire county.
