§ Mr. Robert B. JonesNone. The composition of the private rented sector in any locality will be subject to the supply of property available and demand for it. As students comprise only 5 per cent. of households in privately rented accommodation, we have no reason to believe that demand for student housing is likely to make it more difficult for non-students to find accommodation except, perhaps, in a limited number of localities.
