§ Mr. Robert B. JonesThe review implementation forum, which is chaired by Sir Michael Latham, reported to my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State on 19 December, with recommendations for taking forward the proposals in the Latham report. The report will be discussed at a meeting of the construction industry's standing strategic group, which is chaired by my right hon. Friend, on 7 February.
