§ Mr. MacleanThe Europol drugs unit in The Hague is based on the ministerial agreement signed by Ministers of the interior and justice in Copenhagen in June 1993. It has no central database. Negotiations are continuing on the draft convention, which will establish the full Europol. A draft text was submitted for scrutiny on 17 November 1994.
