§ Mr. Nicholas BakerA review established after the 1992 general election has identified a number of detailed improvements in election procedures, including improvements aimed at reducing the possibility of fraud. As a result of this work, new absent voting application forms have been produced to reduce the risk of fraudulent proxy appointments. We have no proposals for further changes.
