§ Sir Paul BeresfordInformation on offers of outside employment to staff below grade 3 is not recorded centrally in this Department. Since February 1993, no officer at grade 3 or above has reported such an offer, although three officers in these grades have applied under the business appointment rules to take up posts after retirement.
