Mr. Gerrard

To ask the Secretary of State for Employment what are the percentages of youth training leavers(a) nationally and (b) in London obtaining full qualifications at NVQ levels, 1, 2, 3 and 4 or their equivalents; and what is the percentage obtaining no qualification for each of the years since 1990 for which data are available.
