To ask the Secretary of State for Education what is the division of responsibilities and relationship between her departmental Ministers and agencies.

In the case of the Department's one next steps agency, the Teachers' Pensions Agency, the respective responsibilities of the Secretary of State and the chief executive are set out in the agency's framework document of 1 April 1992, a copy of which is in the Library of the House.
