To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food on what date in 1994 he released the first suckler cow premium advance subsidy cheques to English farmers.

The first advance payments of the 1994 suckler cow premium were sent to farmers in England on 1 November 1994. This is the earliest date permitted by the EU regulations.
