To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what consideration led to the release from prison of Mr. Monser-al-Kassar.

§ Lord James Douglas-Hamilton
On 25 December 1977 Monser-al-Kassar completed a prison sentence which had been imposed on him. Thereafter he was detained as an illegal entrant and was removed as such to the Lebanon on 16 February 1978.
