To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he has appointed a person responsible for arrangements relating to fire matters as referred to in section 27(5) of the Fire Services Northern Ireland Order 1984.

Article 27(5) of the Fire Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1984 does not provide for the appointment of any person.
