§ Mr. RedwoodDetails will be in the Welsh Office departmental report, but some of my main priorities are: to further enhance the competitiveness of Welsh industry; to attract more private investment; to press on with work to dual the A465 and the A55 across Anglesey; to reduce waiting times in the NHS and to increase spending on direct patient care; to secure a smooth transition to the new structure of local government; to implement fully the revised national curriculum and develop pupil assessment; and to extend modern and accelerated apprenticeships.
