To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will place in the Library the list of file names registered with the Data Protection Register as requested by section 21 of the Data Protection Act 1984.

Details of the Department of Transport's registrations are held by the Data Protection Registrar in the Data Protection Register. The register is available for public scrutiny at the DPR's office.
