To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department when he expects to publish a White Paper on divorce law reform.

The Lord Chancellor is considering the case for legislation in the light of the Government's consultation on divorce reform. He therefore has no immediate plans for publication of a White Paper.
