To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to her answer to the hon. Member for Darlington (Mr. Milburn) of 1 December,Official Report, column 832, if she will make a statement regarding her Department's expenditure on special advisers in each of the last three financial years and for the financial year 1979–80.
