§ Mr. CousinsTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, pursuant to his answer to the right hon. Member for Tweeddale, Ettrick and Lauderdale (Sir D. Steel) on 9 December,Official Report, column 377, if he will give (a) the total exposure in respect of defence contracts by the Export Credits Guarantee Department in 1993–94, (b) the amount of that exposure which was in default or had been rescheduled and (c) the cost to the Exchequer of such defaults on rescheduling in 1993–94.
