§ Mr. WattsUnder the terms of the treaty of Canterbury the bi-national intergovernmental commission and safety authority are established for the lifetime of the concession agreement with the channel tunnel operators, Eurotunnel, and will continue to meet at regular intervals to consider safety and other matters.
