§ Mr. SackvilleDuring 1991–92, changes were undertaken to the hospital information systems in North West Thames region. Problems were encountered in re-establishing links to collate some centrally required maternity data, and the region was unable to provide full data. These difficulties have been resolved and maternity information for the former North West Thames region is available for subsequent years.
