§ Mr. BaldryThe UNHCR agreement with Zaire provides for a 50-man international "camp security liaison group" to organise material support, monitor the operation and liaise with the Zaire authorities. We have contributed £0.5 million towards the UNHCR's costs for the international liaison group. The first group of international monitors is undergoing selection by the UNHCR.
