Member for Wallsend (Mr. Byers) of 13 May 1994,Official Report, column 251, in respect of the Scott inquiry have been sent by the Treasury solicitors to the Ministry of Defence and all other Departments.
§ The Attorney-GeneralThe agreed cost to date of legal services provided to the Ministry of Defence by the Treasury Solicitor's Department in respect of the Scott inquiry is £137,306.18.
