To ask the Secretary of State for Employment if the contract between his Department and CENTEC in respect of Southwark and Lambeth will take account of the unfunded commitments normally paid out of surplus.

[holding answer 20 February 1995]: The contract to be negotiated between the Department and CENTEC will relate only to Government-funded training and business support programmes.
