§ Mr. RichardsNo toy libraries are currently funded directly through the Department's child and family services grant scheme. Grant awards in respect of 1995–96 under this scheme will be announced shortly.
Toy libraries may apply for funding to county voluntary bodies, to which the Department awarded £59,850 in 1994–95 under the "small grant" element of the child and family services grant scheme.
