§ Mr. TippingTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will make it his policy that no further 807W orders will be laid before Parliament under section 17 of the Local Government Act 1992 until he has responded to the letter dated 26 January from the chair of the Association of County Council's regarding the disqualification of new unitary authorities.
