asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will provide in respect of the calendar years 1991, 1992 and 1993, a list, country by country for each of the 12 EC member states, stating (i) how many Ministers participated in meetings of Council (of Ministers), (ii) how many of those same Ministers were elected to their countries' national parliaments in national general elections, and (iii) how many of those Ministers were elected in national general elections to represent geographically-circumscribed constituencies as in this country.
