§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales what proposals he has for the Queen's counsel to be appointed to read the papers relating to child sex abuse cases in north Wales from the files of the Clwyd and Gwynedd county social services departments and the North Wales police also to be given duties to interview individuals who wish to volunteer statements to the Queen's counsel; and if he will make a statement.
