§ Mr. Alex CarlileTo ask the Secretary of State for Health(a) how many acute psychiatric wards there are, (b) how many beds are in each acute psychiatric ward, (c) on average what percentage of beds are vacant on those wards and (d) on average what percentage of patients are legally detained on those wards in respect of (i) the north-west regional office, (ii) the west midlands regional office, (iii) the south Thames regional office and (iv) the north Thames regional office of the NHS executive.
