§ Mr. MaloneAt 30 September 1994, of a total waiting list of 1,800 at the Tameside and Glossop acute services national health service trust, only 11 people—0.6 per cent—had been waiting for more than a year as opposed to a national average of 5.8 per cent. None had been waiting for more than two years.
