§ Mr. ChidgeyTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will provide figures for each of the last five years of the number of drivers(a) who have committed an offence by not complying with the eyesight requirements of the Road Traffic Act 1988 to report their disability to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency, (b) who have reported themselves to the DVLA and who have been found to have visual defects rendering them unfit to hold a licence to drive and (c) who have been reported by the police as having visual defects rendering them unfit to hold a licence to drive.
