§ Mr. BoswellThe Further Education Funding Council's funding methodology currently allows colleges to claim full reimbursement from the council for the provision of free tuition to unemployed people, people on low incomes, and those taking programmes of English for speakers of other languages, or adult basic education. In 1995–96, the funding methodology will also recognise the additional needs of students on low incomes who have child care responsibilities.
