§ Mr. Gwilym JonesThe home energy efficiency scheme runs on a United Kingdom basis and is a major programme for home insulation for those in receipt of a state retirement pension and low incomes.
I have made no assessment of the impact of insulation on atmospheric pollution. This is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment.
