§ Mr. Nicholas BakerFollowing local consultation, my right hon. and learned Friend has decided not to proceed with a proposal to make an order under section 4(1) of the Coroners Act 1988 to restructure the coroners district in Greater Manchester. The present four coroners districts will therefore continue unaltered.
