§ Mr. AncramThe United Kingdom fisheries sectoral plan under Council regulation No. 3699/93 was not 355W approved by the European Commission until 29 December. It will be necessary to introduce secondary legislation to provide the UK national or regional aid required to trigger EU aid and advise interested parties when the scheme is open for application. We are proceeding with the implementation as quickly as possible, including the preparation of application forms.
