§ Mr. HowardA total of 66 persons are currently subject to exclusion orders under the Prevention of Terrorism Act, of whom 14 are excluded from the United Kingdom. Fifty from Great Britain and two from Northern Ireland. It is not the practice to identify those excluded. All those subject to orders are believed to be citizens of this country or the Irish Republic, or both, but more detailed information is not available.
